Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Guests must provide accurate booking details, including names, contact information, dates, and the number of participants.
• The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

Prices

• Prices are based on the selected package, vehicle, number of guests, and travel date.
• Additional charges may apply for extra hours, additional destinations, public holidays, special requests, or services outside the package.
• Bank fees, transfer fees, and currency conversion charges are the guest’s responsibility.

Tour and Transportation Services

• Guests must be ready at the confirmed pick-up location and time.
• Late arrival may reduce the tour duration without a price adjustment.
• Tour routes and schedules may change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, local ceremonies, destination closures, or safety concerns.
• Vehicles are selected based on passenger capacity and availability.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Following instructions from the driver, guide, crew, or attraction staff.
• Taking care of personal belongings.
• Informing Elite Holiday about medical conditions, mobility limitations, children, or special requirements before the tour.
• Behaving respectfully and following local laws and customs.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Changes are subject to availability and may require additional payment.

Safety and Liability

Elite Holiday prioritizes guest safety. However, we are not responsible for delays, losses, injuries, missed connections, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Guests are advised to have personal travel insurance covering accidents, medical treatment, cancellations, and personal belongings.

Photos and Media

Photos or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless guests inform us that they do not wish to be included.

Agreement

By confirming a booking with Elite Holiday, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
