Service Duration & Overtime
- Standard Duration: The standard service duration is maximum 10 hours per day.
- Overtime Fee: Usage exceeding 10 hours will incur an additional hourly overtime charge.
Route & Pricing Adjustments
- Base Rate: Applies to standard itineraries and regular coverage areas agreed upon during booking.
- Route Adjustments: Rates are subject to adjustment for out-of-town trips, long-distance routes, or steep/mountainous areas. Please confirm your final itinerary before departure.
General Terms & Policy
- Changes & Cancellations: Any itinerary changes or cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up time.
- Passenger Capacity: Number of passengers must strictly adhere to the maximum vehicle capacity for safety and comfort.
